In a special diplomatic communique issued today to Russian President Vladimir Putin and other world leaders, a Tribunal documenting crimes of genocide in Canada has asked the global community to come to the aid of targeted individuals in that country and bring sanctions against Canada, England and the Vatican for what it calls "proven crimes against humanity".
