Cairo P. Rocha has been teaching and practicing acupuncture and co-related natural healing therapies for more than 20 years. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Sciences from the University of New Mexico and a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (OMD) degree from the Tokyo Acupuncture Moxibustion and Jusei College in Japan.Cairo has travelled extensively and studied in Germany, France, the UK and the USA.

He is the author of Anger Goes Up, Fear Goes Down: Emotions and the Hidden Link (Media Publications, 2002), and is frequently asked to present workshops on health and healing in The Bahamas and abroad.

Cairo is currently in private practice at The Palms Therapeutic Centre, East Shirley Street, Nassau.
