Dr. Connie McReynolds provides help to those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and more.
As a licensed Psychologist, Dr. Connie's approach is to identify and utilize the strengths that you possess in resolving life challenges, including enhancing psychological awareness to promote permanent change. She believes finding resolution to one’s challenges begins with an investment in yourself with the goal of identifying barriers to living one’s best life.

These barriers often come about due to our belief structures and long-held patterns that can be identified and re-written to accomplish your goals. Dr. Connie's approach includes an eclectic blend of strategies tailored to your specific needs as she specializes in working with individuals ages 15 and up who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, panic disorder, anger management, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, behavioral difficulties, and stress (chronic and short-term). Dr. Connie takes a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Dr. McReynolds is a licensed psychologist and certified rehabilitation counselor with more than 30 years of experience in the field.

She has a proven track record of more than 14 years of successful outcomes using neurofeedback with children and adults ages 5-90. Dr. Connie has published and presented internationally on her successful outcomes in treating ADHD in children and adults.
