Over his 20 year career as an executive protection agent, Frank has protected elected officials, high profile CEO’s and ultra wealthy individuals and families. He is a sought after expert on protection advance operational strategies and protective intelligence.
Frank serves on the exclusive Board of Executive Protection Professionals, is a Texas licensed Personal Protection Officer, Certified Security Manager & Private investigator.. Frank also serves as a member of the National Security Policy & Analysis Organization and Society for Defense and Strategic Studies. Frank’s presentation on identity theft, reputation management and situational awareness is a fun but powerful in-depth look at what we call the “Black Rhino” that can affect our everyday lives and those around us.

Recently, Frank has been added to the speaker series with the Strategic Warfare and Tactics Club, a counterintelligence organization who hosts the Counterintelligence & Insider Threat Conference.

Frank lives in Arlington, TX with his wife, Christy and their four dogs. When he has down time, Frank plays golf and  draws custom cartoons for his successful online cartoon business.

Jonathan Metzl is an acclaimed physician and sociologist who speaks, teaches, and writes on a range of topics including mental illness and gun violence, race and whiteness in America, health and healthcare, and diversity and structural competency in higher education.
Jonathan Metzl is the author of the groundbreaking book, Dying of Whiteness: How the Politics of Racial Resentment is Killing America’s Heartland. Winner of the 2020 Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Book Award, the book is an in-depth look at why many working-class white Americans support politicians whose policies are literally killing them.

Being a gun violence expert, professor, and psychiatrist is a unique combination that allows Dr. Metzl to speak and write about gun violence in America, and in particular to address stereotypes that link guns with race or mental illness, or that blame mental illness for mass shootings and other gun crimes.

The topic is the focus of Dr. Metzl’s most recent book, What We’ve Become: Living and Dying in a Country of Arms, a New York Times Editor’s Choice selection. By looking at a racially-charged mass shooting in Nashville, Tennessee, What We’ve Become reexamines how we as a nation address gun violence.

Jonathan M. Metzl MD, PhD, is the Frederick B. Rentschler II Professor of Sociology and Psychiatry, and the director of the Department of Medicine, Health, and Society, at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He received his MD from the University of Missouri, MA in humanities/poetics and psychiatric internship/residency from Stanford University, and PhD in American culture from University of Michigan. Winner of the 2020 Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Book Award, the 2020 APA Benjamin Rush Award for Scholarship, and a 2010 Guggenheim fellowship, Dr. Metzl has written extensively about the relationships between guns, mass shootings, and mental illness. His books include The Protest Psychosis, Prozac on the Couch, Against Health: How Health Became the New Morality, Dying of Whiteness: How the Politics of Racial Resentment is Killing America’s Heartland, and What We’ve Become: Living and Dying in a Country of Arms.

Karl Honegger (Republican Party) ran for election to the Colorado State Senate to represent District 23.

Karl Honegger is a Senior Accountant of Financial Reporting for ModivCare, a tech-enabled healthcare company. Karl assists with the Liberty Scorecard in Colorado, the most inclusive rating of lawmakers in Colorado, based off of how they vote according to Constitutional Principles. He is also a board member of the Colorado Union of Taxpayers and a former candidate for city council for the Broomfield City and County.

Emerging Leaders Advisory Council. Karl Honegger is a Certified Treasury Professional and works in accounting for an Oil and Gas company in Denver. He is a board member of the Colorado Union of Taxpayers where he is working to hold elected officials accountable to their constituents.

In 2019, I entered the political realm because I couldn't stand on the sidelines any longer. The detrimental policies of our Governor and Denver Mayor have trickled down, turning Douglas County into a haven for criminals and homeless encampments.

As a fiscally responsible, pro-life, Christian conservative, I champion the principles enshrined in our Constitution. I firmly believe in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all. Limiting government to its proper role fosters stronger economies and empowers citizens.

Family is the cornerstone of society and will always be my TOP PRIORITY.
I was born and raised in Nashville and lived there for 23 years until 1999, when I moved to Colorado to marry my incredible husband, Jay.

We have been married for 25 years and I am the proud mother to four beautiful and amazing boys who attend Douglas County public schools. We lost our only daughter to stillbirth in 2007.

We have called Douglas County our home for the last 20 years.

Richard Dubin has started four successful magazines for the medical, consumer health and technology marketplaces. He was the previous publisher of BioMechanics and has been involved in every aspect of the medical publishing industry for 30 years. He started with Current Podiatry in 1991, moved to Podiatry Today in 1992 and created BioMechanics in 1994 to deliver a multi-disciplinary audience. In 2009, he created the start-up publication Lower Extremity Review as well as the interactive and book publishing divisions.
