Steve McConkey is the President of 4 WINDS USA, a worldwide sports ministry, mostly in track and field (4WindsUSA.com). Starting in 1981, he has worked through eleven Olympic cycles. From 1982 to 1992, Steve was a USA National Track and Field Club Coach. After 1992, he has worked with all world-class track and field athletes and is a defender of Christian athletes. Steve graduated with honors from Western Kentucky University (Master of Public Health), Minnesota State University (BS-Community Health), and Webster High School (WI). Ministry headquarters have been in Eugene (Oregon), Dallas-Fort Worth (Texas), Minneapolis-St. Paul (Minnesota), and Madison (Wisconsin). In recent years, Steve has had over 325 worldwide radio, article, and TV interviews. Besides ministry work, he still advises athletes on training.

Donald Jeffries has been a JFK assassination researcher since the mid-1970s. His first novel, "The Unreals," was published in 2007. His first nonfiction book, "Hidden History: An Expose of Modern Crimes, Conspiracies, and Cover-Ups in American Politics," was released by Skyhorse Publishing in November 2014 and quickly became a best-seller. Throughout my life, I have had an ongoing battle with anxiety. This impacted me for as long as I remember. Whether it was in school, friendships, or even at my house, I felt as if I couldn’t push the feeling away.

When I was twelve years old, I was given the opportunity to go to therapy; an opportunity that has changed my life forever. I was able to push past this mental illness and start to do the things that I had always wanted to do. But at my worst, I always felt alone.

No one in my classes seemed to have been going through the same thing. As I’ve grown older, I realized that that was not true. Many kids go through this. I wrote this book to not only help kids through their anxious moments but help them realize that everyone has a little bit of this feeling inside them.

I have been in Family and Sports Medicine for 20 years serving patients and athletes of all ages.  I have taken care of athletes ranging from High School, College, Semi-Pro and U.S. Olympic levels (soccer and Rugby).  I have a special interest in concussion management and non-operative joint pain care as well as all sports related injuries and illnesses.I am currently in practice in Geneva where I have been for the last 2 years.
