Ep. #331 MIND HACKING
Ann Elizabeth Wagner, Motivational Speaker

Ann suffered a traumatic brain injury and went into a coma. During her recovery, her consciousness left her body (out of body experience).  She experienced this spiritual "shift" and studied consciousness for the last six years, particularly as it relates to improving mental health. For about 4 decades, she had suffered from debilitating depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.  After her stroke, she learned to re-train her brain with meditation and positive affirmations.

Ann pushes her audiences to think about mental health, specifically depression and anxiety, from a new perspective.  She shares specific techniques to slow one’s thoughts and change the patterning of the brain. Using meditation, she teaches how to shift to a higher state of consciousness and determine one’s soul purpose.

Depression and anxiety can be situational or deep-seated. By aligning the physical, mental, and soul self, Ann shows how one can experience lasting mental health and true fulfillment.

Ann Wagner speaks at a variety of engagements including corporate events, mental health workshops, keynote conferences, spiritual retreats, and others.
