What is going on these days?   Nothing is reliable.  The energies of the universes are downloading faster frequencies and of course you and I are absorbing them with their own quickening.   It seems that we are able to BECOME and BECOME   these days.   Find ways to evolve past our expectations, past the beliefs we inherited, past our past, and touch the pulses of our own purpose with all its gifts. 
 
I decided to rerun this interview from 2013 as the shocks and jolts of Sondra's life ripped open her cage of beliefs and bit by bit she opened to new ways of thinking and being that are multi-Dimensional.  Hence the title of her wonderful book
"What to Do When you are Dead"

Happy New Year!   This is a year of conflict and hopefully resolution, of evolution - actually by choice.  Hear the many teachers and advanced seers and thinkers - here I am thinking of Kyle Cease (2022 will Crush You Into A Diamond!) and Charles Eisenstein (How can we repair the collective mistrust") for starters - and my own Guides who are saying that evolution and ONENESS have a strong pull on us right now.   They refer to our being in global crucibles - talk about c rushing you into a diamond! these days - boosting our evolutionary urges.
