No, you're not having a deja vu. Since we had technical difficulties last week and were not able to broadcast our live program, we're going to try again tonight. So, as our phrase of the week suggests, "There's a lesson in that." Let's see if we can find it. So here we go again. Once more with feeling!

You could probably say that about most anything, but our ability to find and appreciate the lesson, let alone apply it, can vary a lot. And if something really bothers you, and you're impatient for the lesson, you can always find a punchline.
Finding the lessons in life's circumstances are what lead to wisdom, and some important and often truths about life can only be discovered by going through hardships

Being aware of what the lessons are also leads to growth--increasing capacity to make the best out of our lives and to face more and more diverse and challenging situations with poise, awareness, creativity and a sense of humor
And, as I'm fond of saying, "If all else fails, take it personally."
