So, they* started us out on this cute little planet way out in space in the 20th Century--lucky us. Indoor plumbing, central heat, duck tape...and access to 3 of the most desired commodities throughout history--fire (matches) salt (salt shaker) and water (pipes). Oh, and lest we forget.......charge cards (plastic). Whew!

We're pretty spoiled, but still with all of that, we kvetch and complain. "Never enough" "What's wrong with them?" Too expensive!" And a favorite, "Why me?!"

But, as we said, "You gotta start somewhere." And dis be da place.

This also goes for waking up--becoming conscious--realizing that we have a destiny beyond just the day to day dealing with life until we're dead.

Since we gotta start somewhere, for many, the wake up call is when we're confronted by the inexplicable, the overwhelming, the unendurable or..... the amazing.

Many humans struggle unnecessarily because the context in which we attempt to understand our lives, establish values and make decisions is conditioned by ignorance, fear and confused thinking.

Through conscious conversation, sketches, poetry, music, guests, interviews, and call in "Insight Out--the Naked Truth" exposes the human condition in order to expand our awareness, develop wisdom and make life a more joyous and creative experience.
