September 2021 - Michael Harrison is a singer and songwriter from Denver, Colorado. He is also an accomplished guitar player, who has been on the scene for over 30 years now! His most recent studio release, “Fortune Favors the Brave,” is a perfect example of Michael’s musical legacy - a legacy which he’s been building with so much passion and love for the craft of making excellent music.
Inspired by greats such as Stevie Ray Vaughn, as well as John Lee Hooker, Santana and Jimi Hendrix, Michael developed a unique sound which feels so emotional and dynamic, perfectly cutting through the mix, but never overpowering the balance of the production. Ultimately, if you like guitar-based music, you really can’t go wrong with this song, as Michael’s musicianship is nothing short of iconic and incredibly catchy. He knows how to make that guitar sing, and instead of overdoing it to try to show off technicalities, he actually seems to be way more interested in actually crafting great music that matters to the audience, and to him as a person!
