Look around the space you are in and find everything blue. Perhaps you notice a book cover, a cushion, someone's clothing, a picture on the wall or a glimpse of sky through the window. Take a few seconds and really look.

There is something incredibly valuable that each of us carries every day. It cannot be bought back once it has passed, yet it influences what we notice, what we learn, the relationships we nurture, the memories we create and ultimately how we experience our lives.
