Hello Everyone,
Well, the season of REBIRTH is emerging. Winter darkens our doors while seeds lurk below the dirt in the garden! (At least here in the north). The lockdown crucible has pushed us to redigest, release shakles of expectation and success.
As we see people huddling for shelter, food and livelihood, the potential for rebirth is stirred in the human community. Greater compassion and possible solutions for homelessness, racism, violence, etc., dance with the election results.
We catch meaning of our life and limitations while learning arts of releasing. As we near the SOLSTICE, energies of empowerment strengthen. Feel it in your bones as you find that you "know" or even understand so much more about the spiraling meaning of your life.
EXERCISE: Add a deep breathing practice to your day. Absorb evolutionary universal downloads, to clear a path within.
I have been using a variety - always my style! - but currently am puffing away with the Wim Hof technique. I don't hang around in ice yet! But I am grateful for the clarity of his breath technique and the general all round support for my body/mind.
**** It might be time for your session! Delve into your deeper purpose and of your interrelationship-ability. Notice how you respond to the dynamics of orbiting planets with sparks and tangles in your own energy drives. ****
