12-4-17 – 2Peter 1:17 – Jesus Receives Honor from God the Father

Jesus receives honor from God; it should be the same for us. God expects us to honor Jesus in everything we do. Make it your life’s goal to show the love of Jesus in your daily walk. This will give honor to God through his son.

Do Not Be Surprised That You Suffer

God says that it should not surprise believers when they suffer for Christ. The surprise should be that you don’t suffer. In fact, the question might be, “Why don’t you suffer for Jesus. Jesus said, “If they hated me they will hate you also (John 15:18).

11-10-17 – 1 Peter 4:9-11 – Offer hospitality and Serve Others

“If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.” Even in days of struggle we must remember the gift of hospitality to others. God wants us to love each other and be kind. Even so, we are to be harmless as doves and wise as serpents. He does not expect us to walk blindly into danger. Quite the contrary, expect God to warn of danger through the power of the Holy Spirit.

11-9-17 – 1 Peter 4:7-8 – The End is Near

“The end of all things is near. Therefore, be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray. Above all love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” Our main call for the end of days is to love the Lord with all our heart and love each other deeply. God’s command is for us to love one another.

11-8-17 – 1 Peter 4:3-5 -  The Living and the Dead Will Be Judged

Every person, living or dead, will have to answer for how they have lived their life. Those who accept Jesus will be judged according to want they have done for God and rewarded accordingly. Those who die in their sins without Jesus will be judged according to the law and will condemned to the Lake of Fie for eternity.

11-7-17 – 1 Peter 3:22-4:3 – Arm Yourself with the Attitude of Christ

Arm yourself with the attitude of the Gospel. Jesus lived for the will of God. God asks us to do the same. We should honor God in everything we do. You have spent enough time in the past living in debauchery; now is the time to live for Jesus.

11-6-17 – 1 Peter 3:18-22 – As It Was in the Days of Noah

Christ died as the sacrifice for all who accept his free gift of salvation. As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the Son of Man. When the world is so decadent that God can no longer wait, Jesus will return. The world is a cesspool of sin that denies God at every incident.

Deepen in the Divine with Scott Krytsa. In this week's episode I discuss how working with your mind and reminding yourself on a constant basis of what you really want is the spiritual work we have come here to experience. I also discuss how using everyday encounters can be "aikido'd" back toward the Divine. Like the song "All I Want is You" by U2. Whether it was written to think of God or the Divine does not matter, you can use it to remind yourself of what you truly want in the deepest reaches of your heart.

10-31-17 – Halloween and the Holidays

Is celebrating Halloween acceptable for Christians to partake in. This, the most evil day of the year according to Satanists, is celebrated across America by churches; churches that have embraced the teaching of the World over the teaching of Christ. Most say, “It is only good fun; a day for the children to get candy.” But Satan uses it as a way to turn every participant’s mind off of Christ and onto himself. In short, all who participate worship Satan.
