Dear Fellow Earthling,

Some may ask, why Rochelle and I show up every Tuesday to broadcast our program, 'Insight Out--the Naked Truth." 7 PM (PT) Why we go to the trouble to set up our sound system in our little cabin in the woods of Los Gatos, CA at the clothing optional Lupin Lodge Resort when we could be running through the woods naked, freezing our asses off.

Some have even go so far as to suggest reasons, like Rochelle, "We need to talk." And indeed we do, and, as it turns out, we equally need to listen, and we need to make each other laugh and nurture our souls with song and greater awareness. And we need to include you, which is why your participation is so important to us.

I love doing the program because of the the amazing surprises. The way certain music just happens to show up when we need it and we continually delight in the mirth and the merriment and the new insights that magically appear in the middle of our conversations. And we hope that, like the rest of our experiences in this life, we are growing our souls--that part of us that we believe endures with or without these fragile and delimited bodies.

So, we hope you can join us for these explorations into the mystery and can deepen with us into our relationship with ourselves, each other and with what the cosmos is up to.

So much of the troubles and suffering in our world come from limited perspectives, un-challenged beliefs and assumptions and last but not least, taking ourselves way to seriously. Many humans struggle unnecessarily because the context in which we attempt to understand our lives, establish values and make decisions is conditioned by ignorance, fear and confused thinking.

Through conscious conversation, sketches, poetry, music, guests, interviews, and call in "Insight Out--the Naked Truth" exposes the human condition in order to expand our awareness, develop wisdom and make life a more joyous and creative experience.
