Janet C. Phelan. This is my very first show! Definitely NOT my "best", but still an interesting journey into "whistleblowers" everywhere, and an exploration into the dark side of black operations. Janet's research into black programs to "poison our water" both selectively and "en masse" makes for controversial listening. Janet is an investigative reporter, who claims to have ongoing problems with "the men in black".
I couldn't hear her through much of the show, so I chose to "wing it" for an hour, rather than stopping the show.
