I am a sport psychology graduate who has recently started a podcast about the mentality required to compete in elite level sport. In my podcast 'Top 2 Inches of Sport' I talk to athletes from a variety of different sports to discuss how they deal with the highs and lows of elite competition and to also discuss their experiences of working with sport psychologists.
