preparation, current & future world catastrophies, adverse
changes in political policies, the dynamic spiritual changes
that are occuring, UFO trends and how they relate to Mankind,
the coming of the end of an age for Mankind and the Earth,
and similar themes. We will NOT ALLOW people to use these
forums as a means to [attempt to] discredit or make a mockery
of what we are trying to accomplish here. Those users will
be permanently banned from posting on our forums and using
this website. It is okay to state your opinions but NOT
okay to use this website and its forums for your personal
[attack] agenda! |
Rules
for those participating in our Discussion / Chat forums &
Bulletin Boards:
BBS Network Inc., BBSRadio.com, BBS Radio & BlogInService
are used interchangeably to identify the same entity.
There are the rules for posting on our boards. These rules and
guidelines are intended to help the flow of conversation, to keep
people from offending one another, and to keep our message boards
fun and interesting. BBSRadio.com reserves the right to prohibit
any member from post to any of the board communities if they are
in violation of any of these rules.
1. BBSRadio.com discussion boards are for *everyone* to share
ideas and post their opinions. People will have opinions that
differ from your own, but PLEASE do not be rude or offensive in
reply. That said, we do not allow any lewd, obscene, offensive,
defamatory, or otherwise disruptive discussion on these boards.
We also do not allow outwardly public bashing of any members of
our community (or group of members of our community) in journals
or any other threads. If you have a problem with someone, keep
it off the boards.
2. Please do not post material on the boards that is copyright
protected without permission from the copyright owner. Since there
are many thousands of possible sources spread out across the Internet,
it is impossible for us at the BBSRadio.com to know if a posting
represents a copyright infringement. The author of a posting is
responsible for ensuring that his/her message or uploaded material
does not violate any exising copyrights.
3. The BBSRadio.com discussion boards are not intended to be used
for any commercial activity or solicitation. This means there
is to be no advertising or promoting of any commercial service
of any kind by any vendor or member selling their personal products.
Any vendor who joins for the sole purpose of advertising their
service, product, etc will have all their posts removed and will
be banned from using any service of BBSRadio.com. This also includes
the solicitation or advertising of other community discussion
boards, chat boards, or mailing lists. (Unless permission is granted
by the BBSRadio.com) Again, if you spam our boards, you forfeit
your right to use the boards and will completely lose all privileges
in our community - this is strictly enforced.
4. BBSRadio.com staff reads most all posted messages. We may edit
posts or delete any messages that violate our guidelines. We do
reserve the right to edit subject/thread titles as we deem necessary
in order to maintain continuity within the forum. We also reserve
the right to move any thread into a more appropriate forum in
order to maintain continuity throughout our community boards.
5. We also strongly adhere to a ZERO TOLERANCE policy of pornographic
material posted on our site. Any visitor who posts pornographic
or obscene material within the BBSRadio.com discussion boards
will immediately be banned from using our system in the future.
6. BBS Radio can ban IP addresses and users at any given time
of our choosing, for any or no reason what-so-ever, at our sole
discretion. Further, we can edit or remove posts, replies, and/or
any messages that we want to. These actions may be taken with
or without any explanation or reason being given. This applies
to the Survival Board, the Weblog (Blog Area) and the Threaded
Discussion Boards.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not
use BBSRadio.com to post any material which is knowingly false
and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing,
obscene, profane, religious preaching and discussion (except in
the appropriate forum), sexually oriented, threatening, invasive
of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. You
agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright
is owned by you or by BBS Radio.
The administration reserves the right to terminate any user or
account for any reason, including but not limited to the rules
above. Any member who is in violation of the rules and/or guidelines
forfeits any remaining time remaining on their membership account.
Although BBSRadio.com does not and cannot review the messages
posted on the various boards, and is not responsible for the content
of any of these messages, we at BBSRadio.com reserve the right
to delete or edit any message for any or no reason whatsoever.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages,
and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBSRadio.com and
it's agents, including the makers of the discussion board software,
and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission
of your message(s). |
