negotiations on its nuclear program.”

WRONG! F - you flunk.

Correct answer: A - The United States of America is the
“central banker” and primary perpetrator of terrorism in the
world. And B - It is time for the United States to “heed the
international community’s call to” embrace a program of
dignity, honor, and sincere humanitarian goodwill in its
foreign policy.
