"Those Democratic congressional leaders who try to suggest that
we don't have a plan are deeply irresponsible," said White
House spokesman Scott McClellan. (per CNN, Dec. 2, 2005) Oh. And I suppose the unmuzzled, swag-bellied miscreants who
attacked the population of this third world country - without
justification - wasting billions of dollars, thousands of
lives, and precipitating God only knows how much human
suffering everywhere - were acting "responsibly!" Holy Moses.
