The France government is qaugmired by its' inattention to
mounting poverty and racism while Mr. W is doing the same by
racing like a nuclear missle to position the USA into the same
position! As could be expected, programs for the poor, the
needy, the weak and elderly are prime targets once again! So
much for a compassionate Lie!
