Here in Winnipeg Canada we have been experiencing the warmest weather that
anyone can ever remember during the christmas season.For weeks now the
temperature has been 20-30 degrees celcius warmer than normal and we have
nothing but low clouds with no sunshine. Don't get me wrong most everyone
is quiet happy,however I am concerned that no one is advancing any
plausible explanations or theories. I have observed the stange cloud
formations that some attribute to scalar/weather wars in my area. While
I am unsure if this is true the absence of other explanations leaves me
wanting. My question is if this is weather war what is the purpose and or
the effect supposed to be. Are we simply seeing the side effects of a
attack on someone else or are we in the set-up phase for a more severe attack here. I welcome all explanations, theories, guesses whatever.
