As is becoming obvious to almost everyone, we as a planet are in a period of great transition. Some say these are the end times and biblical prophecy is being fulfilled. Others wonder why the Mayan calendar ends in 2012. Whatever is going on, many of us are going through periods of stress, anxiety, suffering and fear. We want to do something, but we don't know what to do. We turn to others and find they are going through the same things. We end up complaining about our problems, the state of the world, but our state of mind doesn't shift.

The purpose of this is to present a simple technique, offered freely, that anyone can use anytime and anywhere to lift their consciousness and the consciousness of those around them, regardless of what's happening in the outer world and regardless of your personal religous affiliation. This is not based on any doctrine but there are two principles which are behind the technique.

1. There are intelligent interdimensional forces, paying attention to us and our planet who will assist us if asked. You may call these forces God, the Christ, Allah, universal consciousness, the light or love. The name doesn't matter. It is the intent and sincerity of the requester. If you happen to not believe this is true, or are not sure, you are welcome to try this as an experiment and see if you notice anything shift for yourself.

2. At some level we are all one. One of the goals of this technique is to experience oneness with the person you are doing it with. This technique takes two people.

It requires you to have one other person who is either in your physical proximity or who you can call on the telephone who agrees to participate in this with you. I have chosen the name "Light Buddy" to describe this other person, but you can choose any name you feel comfortable with. When you engage with this other person, no matter how you are feeling or what the outer circumstances are, you must not complain. You and your light buddy are going to do an invocation which I am naming "Calling in the light".

If you don't have anyone in your life who you can do this with, you can email us with your phone number and the best time to call and one of our volunteers will call you back and do it with you. Eventually, we will team you up with another person. When you have a permenant light buddy who you feel comfortable sharing this with, you can both make yourself available to call each other regularly and as needed to call in the light for each other.

You can also do this with a group of people gathered together, with your spouse, or anyone else. But often starting with a complete stranger can be the most effective since you have not yet established any rules of engagement.

Father-Mother God, I'd like to ask just now for the presence of the light to surround and protect myself and (name of person you are speaking to) and that any negativity be lifted into the higher realms of light and transmuted for the highest good of all concerned. I ask for the support and protection of any inter-dimensional, service to other groups helping to promote the evolution of our planet and the human race. I see this light, emanating from the galactic center and passing through our bodies and grounding itself into the earth. I send this light to the Christ grid surrounding our planet. I send this light to all sentient beings on planet earth for their upliftement and enlightenment. I ask that this be done for the highest good of all concerned with the understanding that thy will be done. Thank you for this opportunity to be of service. (Take a moment of silence here)

Ground Rules:

1. The magic to transform is not in the words, but in your intent. Say the words with reverence. Intend to be of service.

2. If you have a prejudice because of your upbringing concerning a specific word, feel free to change it. For example, "Father/Mother" God could be changed to "light of the universe". But we recommend that you don't use any words of a highly religous nature which might make your "light buddy" feel excluded because he was of a different religion. The phrase "Christ grid" is using the word Christ in an esoteric sense but if you have a problem with this usage, change it to "light grid"

3. If you want to share this with someone you know, have them visit the website and decide of it's something they would like to do rather than try to explain it to them verbally. Let them contact you back, rather than push the idea so that there is the maximum of free will choice.

4. If either party should decide they'd like to disengage, no explanation is needed other than telling the other party "I would like to disengage". You might try another "light buddy" who you can create more affinity with or you may have reached the point where you want to "pray it forward".

5. If you start this with a stranger, it is recommended that you not try and make friends right away, discuss personal issues, solicit them for your business opportunity or connect with them romantically . Wait until you've done it for a couple weeks and know you are really connecting at the highest level and in a state of empathy and
communion.

6. After you've done this to the point where you can feel the energy, you can be
creative and add things. For example:

You can send the light to others for healing. For example, "I'd like to send the light to my mother" or "I'd like to put my finances in the light."

You can have your light buddy repeat each sentence after you.

If you get into a meditative state, you can maintain a longer period of silence.

7. Pray it forward. After you've mastered this and have learned to "hold the light energy", invite new people to share it with you. This is a powerful technique that can impact the collective state of humankind. But it will take many people doing it to make a difference. So do it at your own pace, but be expansive. You can disengage from your original "light buddy" and use that free energy and time to reach out to others. Just invite them to study this website and get in touch with you if it's something they'd like to do.
