Beloved, I am with you in spirit and in grace and bring you the warmth of the Central Sun.  I bring you joy and peace and the love and understanding of the day ahead.  I bring you hope for the future and knowledge of that which has gone before.  I bring you contentment and restraint when dealing with souls that pass your way.  I bring you the world, the sun, and the universe that is around you.

Join with me, Helios and Vesta, as we, once again, bring forth our forum of Sophia & Michael, our mother/father,  Ascended Masters, Celestial Beings, Angels and Archangels, all of the guides that are with you today and to complete our forum is our loving God/Goddess.

Yes, we do have quite a group that gets together each week to bring some understanding of this world to you.  Each of these entities have their own unique way of looking at the world around you, but they have chosen me to be the spokesman for the group.  It is a heavy responsibility to represent such a glorious group of souls.  Some who have walked this Earth in the past and others who have never seen the rising Sun over the ocean or the water falling over the lip of a mountain with rainbows dancing in the light.  
You have to appreciate how much you really have upon this Earth.  There is more to life than the ups and downs and turmoil of the negative energy that seems to be growing each day.

There is so much to appreciate in the world around you and in all of the grandness that God/Goddess has supplied for your enjoyment.  

This is a world of beauty and grace.  It is a world that is full of love and laughter, but you have to look beyond your daily experiences in order to appreciate it.  
 
You cannot just sit in your room and think you know all that is going on around you.  You cannot just sit and stare into space and listen to the sounds of the outside to know what is out in the world for you.

You need to experience all of the wonders of this world for yourself and then you can stop and realize how much you have missed as you have just pondered what life was about.

Now is the time to put on your walking shoes and move into the reality of this Earth.  Now is the time to look around and see the beauty that is close to you.  Look at the trees that are changing color or feel the warmth of the great Sun as is shines down upon you who are now entering in the summer of your world.
 
Now is the time to understand that you are here to enjoy and participate in the renewal of this Earth.  You are here to improve your outside living conditions so that when the winter comes the divas will have a place to keep warm and help you through the long winter nights.

You may not realize just how much of a challenge it is to get to know the divas.  They are the little people who keep your garden free of imperfections.  They romp and  play and  keep the seeds and plants on a renewal basis each year.

Some of you have placed little houses in your yards for our friendly little divas to rest during the cold winter days.  That is a good idea, and if you look very close you might even see one of our small friends and he will bless you with joy and laughter.  Look for them as you clean up the leaves of autumn and the dryness of summer as they are there just waiting for you to recognize them.
 
As I started to say in the beginning, now is the time to enjoy all of the beauty of nature.  The mountains that are capped with snow, the rivers that are running swiftly toward the ocean, and the waterfalls that spring over the top of a mountain and cascade down into the pools below, these are the things that you need to enjoy.

Oh I could go on and on about the high desert where the lack of rain only makes the area more beautiful.  I could describe the great sand dunes that shift and turn or the

However, you need to see this for yourself.  Some may live on the edge of the ocean and yet you do not appreciate the feel of the sea spray or the roar of the ocean as it comes to shore.  Some of you may live high up in the desert where the mountains come down to meet the land and the snow is starting to change everything to a winter postcard.

You need to find the peace and contentment of this world.  You need to put aside all of the agony that is with you and look only for the positive that is so close at hand that you cannot see or feel it.

Put aside all of the stress of the business world and put aside all of the stress that our tender blue star children can bring to you.  Allow yourself some time just for you.  Think about that…time for you and only you to listen to the world around you and be at peace.

Each day you need to find a spare hour or two, even less if that is not possible, to simply enjoy who you are.  Forget about the clutter that is around you.  Forget about the bills that need to be paid.  Forget about all that you have to do and simply learn the wonder of patience.

You can do this.  You can be free within yourself to allow that inner child to come forth and show what life is really about.  Do not stress over the little things and do not allow that stress to cause you worry and pain.

Be at peace.
