AC: We have a message from on high.  It is pertaining to forcefields.  We are in direct communion with the activity of the stars and wish to update you on electromagnetic events. 
 
First we would like to address the ways in which electromagnetic frequency affects human beings on earth at this time.  It has been said that there is a field of energy around each human and that this field is the embodiment of spirit.  What we wish to clarify is that each of you are currently undergoing a transformative process of eliminating much distortion from your fields and incorporating higher and new frequencies that will match the vibration of the ascended earth. 
 
What we mostly wish to convey is that this time of shifting will greatly impact the human body and the body of the planet.  The planetary shifting that is occurring is a detailed set of events that can be likened to the change from infancy to adulthood.  The change is a rapid maturation process in which human beings are being altered to a level of understanding that is far superior to the current level of understanding available on earth.  This process is a conduit realignment that requires the cleanliness of thoughts and the purification of  form.  The purification process is one that happens naturally as you embark upon higher and higher realms of understanding.  The physical vessel is designed to alter as you grow in awareness and your DNA is specifically encoded with these packets of information for your progress. 
 
What we would like to ensure is your awareness of how to keep these physical vessels purified for the continual amperage downloading into your form and through to the earth.  The purification process is one that allows for newer and higher voltages of electromagnetic frequency to enter into your field.  With the assistance of purification you can alter the experience of how you assimilate these newer and higher frequencies.  We would like to aid you in this process and outline a few points that would assist. 
 
The first major impact that a thrust of energy will have on a human body is the feeling of disorientation.  This process is one that can be remedied by proper grounding and alignment. One way to ensure your grounded is to amplify your thoughts of earthly activities.  This process will draw the energy into the lower centers and begin to put the energized action unto earthly matters.  Now we understand that it is not always an easy place to keep your focus, as earth is in a state of disarray at the moment, but this will become easier for you if you learn to put your focus on the things that make you joyous on earth.  It is highly recommended, for this reason that you spend time outdoors, and for those of you who live in colder climates, even a 15 minute walk will assist you per day. 
 
Another simple way to ground is through gratitude.  Gratitude is the way in which you are capable of remaining present in these tumultuous times  and will assist you greatly.  Simply put your focus on the feelings of gratitude and present awareness of your surroundings, and you will be transported to a place of comfort which will allow for the transfer of energy with ease. 
 
We also would like to address the capability of each of you to remain in a space of healing during these transformative times.  By this we meant that your process will naturally be uplifted by the ability to live in a peaceful environment away from the chaos of the world.  Less television and more quiet time can soothe the frenetic energies that exist currently in the collective.  Soothing music with orchestrated instrumentation will also assist in alleviating the symptoms of unease.  Allow yourselves the opportunity to be peaceful whenever possible and you will find the process much easier to bear, we assure you. 
 
The next topic of great concern is diet and consumption of processed foodstuffs.  In these times of alteration your body is in dire need of proper nourishment.  The foods that you ingest contribute greatly to the success or failure of assimilation.  Utilize your ability to discern the foods that you are requiring but do this with great care.  Allow your body the proper and essential nutrition and you will benefit by feeling more energized and lighter in your being.  We cannot overstress this point, that wellness is a combination of love, exercise, and proper eating.  These must be balanced, for you to move through these periods of intense integration with comfort. 
 
My friends, the times of unease will draw to a close and you will be in a state of much higher vibrating energy.  It is inevitable that you are all headed to a place of wondrous capabilities.  It is for this reason that you must care for your vessels with compassion and nurturance for the proper usage of your divinely created forms.  In the coming days there will be amperages that will increase in intensity, designed to take you to unprecedented heights of awareness.  It is for this reason that you would best benefit from taking on the practices of proper care of your physical selves.  Much work has been done to purify your thoughts and emotions in the first stages of ascension.  Now is the time to assimilate these new frequencies, and ground them into your bodies.  The matching of vibrational essence from your higher to lower vortexes will cause the harmony and centered balance that you all desire.  This will happen when you are in total alignment between your thoughts, feelings and your physical health.  Getting there is a process of purifying each aspect separately , yet collectively.  When the completion of this process is apparent to you , you will feel the altered states of consciousness that are sometimes referred to as enlightenment.  This state of being is one that will continue upward in a spiral of increased energy until you are completely free from lower densities. 
 
Now is the time to take yourselves to the next level in your evolutionary process.  It is the time of proper integration and grounding of these new forces.  As you begin to fully ground you will have achieved great earthly success.  Abundance is a state of harmonized wellness between all energy bodies which allows for the transfer of clear and direct communication with the higher realms for the purposes of creating a life of joy and ease.  This process is instated with the help of your utmost care and the allowance of the energies to work through to your core.  Take this time to ultimately recreate your selves in your highest most profound visions of perfection.  You will begin to close the gap between realms and through this process you will become fully present in your incarnation with the ability to perceive interdimensional intelligences. 
 
To reitorate, this process is an ongoing set of energetic downloads designed to take you to cosmic awareness.  It is in the purification that allows for integration with great ease, purification of the mind, emotions, body, and spirit. This is our message to you this day, to allow yourselves to incorporate new practices and techniques that will take you to the state of absolute centeredness.  Learning how to care for your new advanced forms is essential to your success while upon the earth.  For this reason, you must place yourselves in a space of balance to allow the infusions of light to do what they are intended for.  This inhabitance of light will take you to the next level of consciousness.  The light is pure radiance and is an intelligible force at work that knows exactly how to restructure your lives for you to fully embody it.   Allowing this process, eating well, resting, grounding, and plenty of joy and peace is the way of the fully capable lightworker.  With commitment and routine, this can become commonplace and you will notice the results profoundly. 
 
My friends of light, we understand the frustration that can occur in these times of great thrust.  We hope to assist you in as many ways possible and to give you the hope required to help you continually move upward.  These times of intensity will cause the greatest shifts in mankind, and you are assured success due to your high level of knowledge and receptivity.  Allow thy will to be done, and you will walk gracefully into the new Age of Enlightenment.  We are of the Ashtar Command, and we bid you farewell.
