This is my first post to this blog. I want to inform you about the unique quality of credibility that is emerging with the Urantia Book.

The Urantia Book was published in 1955. The middle third of the book provides a 700 page account of the history of our planet, starting with the birth of our solar system, reviewing the evolution of plant life into animal life into human life, and concluding with the history of humanity. In providing this information it is richly detailed with very specific historical and scientific information covering a wide variety of topics.

Increasingly science has been verifying information in the Urantia Book that was not accepted by science or not addressed by science at the time of its publication. Some of these corroborations are very intriguing. At http://ubthenews.com/ I post reports on this emerging pattern of credibility. The reports are written for people who are unfamiliar with the Urantia Book and do not have a background in science. If you go to the Topic Summaries page, in just a few minutes you will get an understanding of some of these developments.

The site was started at the beginning of this year, 2007. New reports are published every month.
