We thank you for reading my message as I feel that it is important at this time. We spoke to you earlier regarding Earth Changes and there is a new development that I wished to discuss.

Earlier, I had mentioned that there was a slight change in the core of the earth and that was the reason why so much by way of storms, land changes in China and flooding in the U.S. began in earnest.

It has come to our attention that there are other reasons for this as well, and that is the HAARP system of course, and there are other installations similar to this in other countries, but there are experiments being conducted in Europe by CERN that are coming to a dangerous stage.

We have been aware of this work and lately the scientists who are running this experiment are taking a turn in their direction and trying to manipulate an artificial black hole through their experimentation.

I only mention this because this information is becoming more main steam especially in Europe. The spiritual hierarchy will not allow this to happen as it is very dangerous to the vibrational voice that is contained within Earth’s vibration.

People are becoming alarmed about this as they become aware of the threat and we wish to comfort you and tell you that the Earth will remain stable. Those of the Spiritual Hierarchy and those from the Galactic Federation work with the energies to keep stability on this planet balanced and following its blueprint.

The tests are against the natural balance of vibrations and those who follow this path tried these experiments when in Atlantis. You might say that this is souls facing past choices, and their souls are prompting them to follow a loving path, but ego has taken over again. Therefore, we have stepped in to channel the outcome in balance and love for this planet.

Rather than becoming alarmed at this situation, send peace and blessings to the Earth and those who work on this project. Surround the planet with the white light of Source’s energy and love. See the cooperation among all those who live on this beautiful planet of yours. See yourself as love and a part of the matrix of creation for this planet. Know that you set up the pattern of your future, first within your heart and mind, and then by sending those positive energies to the grid system with your thoughts. Continue to be the masters that you are. Only love will prevail n this planet.

CERN stands for The European Organization for Nuclear Research. It is the world’s largest particle physics laboratory situated in the northwest suburbs of Geneva on the Franco-Swiss border. The organization has twenty European member states and 2600 full time employees. Some 7931 scientists and engineers (representing 500 universities and 80 nationalities), about half of the world’s particle physics community work on experiments conducted at CERN.

Most of their activities are currently directed towards building a new collider, the Large Hadron Collider and the experiments for it. This collider is located in a tunnel located 100 meters underground. The scientific experiments were scheduled to start in May 2008. Originally this was scheduled for March of 21007 but a magnet assembly failed a pressure test. There has been a recent explosion at the site.

This collider will be smashing protons and antiprotons together at such speeds to create a miniature black hole with a mass several thousands times that of a proton. If the theory is correct the collider will produce tiny black holes at a rate as high as one a second, giving scientists their fist look at these mysterious entities. A black hole is surrounded with what is known as an “event horizon.” Within that boundary, virtually nothing – not even light – can escape.

Professor Dr. Otto E. Rossler, a German scientist is concerned that if a black hole is created at CERN and does not evaporate, it could shrink the earth to a centimeter in 50 months. A lawsuit was filed in the US. Court in Hawaii on 3/21/08 to stop this research.
