David Oates is the founder and developer of Reverse Speech technologies. Nevyn’s world is a conglomeration of writing, painting, fly fishing, and eating hard shell tacos. Prior to retiring he worked in Clinical/Developmental Psychology and teaching at the University level (Ph.D. etc.). His interests are extremely varied and today lives with his lovely wife Jill in northern Utah.
