This is our second show with Dr. Carol Ritberger. She is a joy to have on the show. Carol blended and explained universal personality types (using color as a basis of understanding) with emotionally based disease. A fascinating conversation with Carol Ritberger, Ph.D. about personality mapping made the time go by so quickly on this show that we are going to have Carol back as a regular guest. We love her books: What Color is your Personality and Healing Happens with you Help. Our co-host for the show, Nicki Byrd was very familiar with Carol’s writing and led the conversation toward information dealing with health and body color mapping. The idea is that certain stresses and diseases manifest because we have personality stressors that seat themselves in specific parts of our body causing illness. Through a test providing in What Color is your Personality, we learned that Nicki is an orange personality. NIcki expressed an extreme desire to be another color but Carol explained that we need Personality oranges because they are the care-takers, the nurturers of people and the planet. Carol explained about color mapping and how to maintain your individuality as you interact with the other color types. This was an awesome show!
