Civilizations rise according to the use of power -- spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically (in that order).  They fall when the abuse of power puts selfish interests above that which is best for all... wagging the dog of war, disease, death and hell on Earth for power and profit.

Global civilization has risen to the point where breakthrough energy technologies could liberate and heal humanity, but status quo economics and politics for the profit and power of self-serving organized-corporate greed resists change to a more equitable system of abundant energy and health for all.

Gross defects in self-governing systems in politics and economic now threaten the life support systems of global civilization. The laws of the land have been rewritten the last 100 years to serve corporate interests for monied power at the expense of core Constitutional principles that ultimately represent the universal-golden rule of spiritual law at the heart of upward-mobile civilization.

The resolution of the prevailing paradigm paralysis behind planetary power struggles is obviously to resurrect core public service to a higher level that represents higher intelligence of, by and for the well-being of the public at large.  This is the self-evident truth of the Aquarian Dispensation whereby the ordained power of love checks and balances the inordinate love of power... all ways. 

Freedom and Opportunity for all mankind is in the air.  Who will breathe it?  Who will champion the Aquarian Spirit of pure intent for holistic healing that harnesses the power of love for all humanity?
