Anyway I thought it was time I had a rave.
Everywhere I go lately its like that Godfella is talking... Through all sorts of people... You people. Children. Even 'rednecks' !!!
I was talking to a 'redneck' type of fellow today (not many people like him) Anyway... he was talking too me (or at me), and most of his words just blew away in the breeze... But something he said lit up like carnival lights, in bold lettering, with emphasis. (and a bit of music in the background).
I looked up... Looked behind me... looked all around. And I thought “That Godfella must be around here somewhere ?”... It blew me away.
Then I remembered that this sort of thing is happening a lot lately.
Then I thought... “Whew... I've got keep in mind that this sot of thing is happening now.”
In other words.
I'm starting to get the message.
So I thought “How can I help?”
This is a question I have asked myself many times in the past.
The answer came to me in a sort of 'thought voice'... “Tell people what you have done to survive the physical, psychological and microbiological onslaught that you have just 'recovered' from.”
The 'thought voice' was female... (and I ain't no lady)... So I thought “Hmmm. I don't know who, or what said that, but it makes sense.”
So here goes people.
I could write thousands of pages on survival,...But I won't...
I am supposed to be dead many times, and for several different reasons. But I am not.... Its a long story and I do not want to bore you with it.
Instead I would like to get straight to the point.
(by the way. Please excuse my 'log on' name. I dont know if it will show up but,, I just had a little 'poo' fight with aol, and the name just sort of slipped out)... (maybe 'The Boss' could help me change a name to something more appropriate)
Back to business.
All that you need to do is to repair your immune system.
To do this, (if you want to), do what I am doing:-
And just in case there are any 'goat herders' out there that think they can prosecute me for giving medical advice, please do the same as I have suggested to aol. Because these words below are addressed to myself.

Anyway... On with the show.
Some of this stuff is well known and obvious, but just keep reading and you will see.

As much as possible, stop eating poor quality food. (especially processed food... refined sugar is probably the worst)
(2)
Make available to yourself immune system 'helpers' like natural antibiotics such as:-
Colloidal silver,(with CS. Do not swallow it, just hold it in your mouth for 5 minutes, brush your teeth, gargle with it and then spit it out. If you swallow it, it can, and will turn into silver nitrate in the stomach).
Use grapefruit seed extract, (or juice of ½ grapefruit twice a day when possible).
* Fresh vegetables (hopefully home grown) (for easy way look up “No Dig Garden” technique)...
* Fish, or fish oils, and simple things like sunlight and fresh air.
* To help the immune system with the 'stress factor' use St John's Wort for a while.
Do the “Thymus Thump” regularly.
If you are 'game' enough. You can give yourself a treat with a course of good quality 5HTP (5-Hydroxy Tryptophan) . This gives your body the needed Serotonin/Melatonin which will 'enable' your bodies main switchboard (the Pineal gland which houses the “inner sanctum”) to function properly...
One symptom of a malfunctioning Pineal gland is sleep disorder. (mild or severe) There are numerous other 'symptoms' of a malfunctioning Pineal Gland, but doing the 'broad brush' immune system 'help-out' will fix that.

Completely abstain from eating anything associated with fungus... This includes mushrooms, anything that has yeast in it (or even been near yeast)
Be careful with this one... Fungus is the “Eater of the Dead”... Think about this.... As far as I am concerned, fungus is the 'Head Honcho' of the symbiotic gathering of microbes that are 'using' you until death. (talk about 'Usury')

Acknowledge that your body has been compromised by Fluorides/Fluorines (i don't think anyone has escaped this one)... It is not just in medications and the 'town water'... Its in the food chain now. This is a worldwide problem... It is in the air, water and earth world wide. Varying degrees in various locations, but world wide non the less.
Fluorides/Fluorines almost completely shuts the immune system down and eradicates any 'common sense' that you may have had.
(5 )... (and most important)
Remove Fluorides/Fluorines (and its heavy metal bonds) using colloidal gold...
Buy some real CG, or make some yourself...
Low voltage production is the easiest... 27volts (as per colloidal silver production method)... (this is what the “Baghdad Batteries” were all about)... But the high voltage stuff is good also. Just more difficult to make.
With CG. It is my observation that you do not need high doses to eliminate the Fluorides, etc... 2-3ml of 100ppm twice a day is more than sufficient. Low volt CG is usually about 5-8ppm. So the dose would be about 30-45ml or 3 fl oz. ... (this makes it more like a small refreshing drink)
With the CG... The effects of consuming CG are PROFOUND... Difficult to put in a 'nutshell'... ALL GOOD... unless you decide to consume large doses without having your seat belt attached. (seat belt = the other immune helpers as well).. Then you get what I would describe as a 'mind rush'...
I was naughty (as usual), and had to 'pull back' on the dosage after a few days... Thought I was going to melt.. or blow up... Sort of good fun, but not recommended... Slowly, slowly catchy monkey is best when 'going for gold'.
I have no doubt that if you were to do as I have done (as far as this immune system 'enhancement' is concerned) You will understand what I am saying here. (if not already)
If you do the WHOLE immune system enhancement, and then start 'upping' the CG dose. That is when you just start to 'know things'... (although one of the last things I 'knew', was when to shut my mouth)... But... It is all fun in the end. (unless you just do a big 'gold rush' and nothing else, then you are liable to crash and burn) ... (there are plenty of clever sick people 'out there')
So...
That is the 'theme' of the story too myself...
As soon as the immune system starts to repair and 'build' up... (and right from the beginning I mean)... You start to get more and more of that 'knowing'... Finally.. (for me) .. the patience cut in... I was sick of people saying “How did you know that ?”
I would say “What do you mean “How did you know that ?”. Don't be silly.”.. “Go away” ...
I think it was around the time my liver had just decided to join the party... Now I just say “Don't know?” “I just do.”... Coz that is what it is like... You don;t know 'how' you know... I think it is one of those Alpha and Omega things.

PS. One of the 'worst' things I have ever experienced is the effects of vaccination. (several of them)... That is how I know about the microbiological maneuvers.
