Good Question Juan. It seems reasonable that this phenomena would occur near higher power type lines and structures. I do not live near electricity lines, never did. I learned early on that those areas were hazardous to humans so avoided them.
No laboratories nearby either. Closest one is about 70 miles I think (and that would be the University in my guess). As far as chemtrailed skies. Now THAT is possible. However, I honestly have NEVER seem a plane chemtrail a sky before. I KNOW it's a real problem by what I have read and heard.... but my first hand knowledge of such is zilch. Maybe it's because I live in Texas where most of Bush's family and buddies live. Who knows for sure.... just doesn't happen in or around the Houston area that I see. I live near an airport, and still don't see chemtrails anywhere.
And my twin brother does not live with me, nor near me... and he has many of the same experiences. Not sure why they occur, nor what they mean. Again, I'm a relative new comer to this sort of stuff, although some of it has occurred to me while a young lad... It never gave me much pause to think about it (always working ya know... hahaha)
