The First Wave - Indigos- Physical Symptoms

Dear Family,
Due to the intensity of circumstances within the last weeks, I felt an
alert was needed as there have been some physical symptoms that have
been rather accelerated and had many of us feeling disoriented and
exhausted. If you have been feeling this way over the last 2-3 weeks
then this newsletter is for you, read on. I have been given some
interesting information on timelines, missions and literal "deployment"
in regards to our soul purposes and the greater manifestation of that
surfacing in this year 2006 and onward. However this newsletter will be
to specifically address our symptoms and give some suggestions to
support your body.
What is Happening?
Basic level
As many of us are aware, we experienced some intense portal energy
activations from the 11:11, 12: 12 gate that were accreted (absorbed)
and integrated into the larger level of the planetary energy field over
the last weeks. As these energetic forces settled and began anchoring
into the planetary grids, we began to feel a significant "timeline"
shift that gave many of us odd, disorienting, out of body and unpleasant
bodily sensations and experiences. Subsequently we have had an
"accelerated" skipping forward of how we experience "time and space"
here in this dimension. We may experience various physical symptoms from
this adjustment of our energy fields. Things will be moving even quicker
from this time forward for us, those that have chosen to be on this
"timeline". I refer to this as the "First Wave", a generation of Indigos
(New World Servers) and builders of the "New Energy" for the New World.
We have soul contracts and agreements for this purpose.
Symptoms
First - Electromagnetic Field Overexposure- you may experience:
Spaciness, dizziness/vertigo, disorientation, lost time spaces or voids,
inner ear sensations like buzzing or humming, feeling out of your body,
feeling like you are spinning or oscillating with your eyes closed (or
open!), feeling light headed as if you are mildly drunk, cannot mentally
focus, feverish or heat pulses that stop and start, blurred vision,
seeing spots or flashing tiny lights, cranial aches or pain, (back of
neck, third eye -pineal) wanting to lie down, taking excessive naps or
sleeping from exhaustion for no apparent reason. The brain hemispheres
(right and left) and our neurological net are being adjusted and
recalibrating. We feel all kinds of odd "neurological" stress. These
symptoms seem to span 3-9 days and began about December 30th.
Second:
Solar plexus discomfort brings, nausea, digestive complaints, weird
bowel, food needs change, (starving you are scarfing down food at 3am,
during the day nothing looks right or tastes right), weight gain or
bloated feeling. Some muscle achey-ness generally occurs after you have
passed through the first levels of "spaced out" feeling. Sacrum, legs,
lower body aches. A few days of this.
Third:
Mild falls or accidents, hitting your head or toe several times in a row
or in a short period of time.
Fourth:
Genetic Pathcutter Indigos: Ancestral and family of origin issues or
conflicts from the past come to a head, are surfaced, then cleared,
resolved, or terminated.

using them as needed and guided.

4. Bath Soak:
The following is a Radiation Detox Recipe
1 cup sea salt
1 cup baking soda
1 4lb. container Epson Salts
Sodium Alginate capsules 2 times a day.
Section 1: On the first day soak in a bathtub of hot water (as hot as
you can stand) filled with 1 cup baking soda & 1 cup sea salt for 20
minutes. (Do not do more than 20 minutes). Drink plenty of purified
water before, during and after the soak.
Section 2: The next day soak in a bathtub of hot water (as hot as you
can stand) filled with the full 4 lb. container of Epson Salts for 20
minutes. (Again, do not do for more than 20 minutes.) Drink plenty of
purified water before, during and after the soak.
Note: If you are not feeling like you can do the Epson Salt bath on the
2nd day, then wait 2-3 days between soaks.
5. Lightworker EMF Calibration Tool and Command
State command prayer once. Ask Your new assigned gatekeeper to work with
you 24/7/365 until you can resolve this issue and make all spiritual
link ups with you in order of priority and throughout all levels of
your hologram templates. Whenever you feel spatial displacement/

What is Happening?
Advanced level
The expansion into the greater realities of the higher frequency
dimensions reached a milestone at that moment of "Time and Space" on
December 31, 2005. This is a literal "time vector" code sequence for
our dimension that has been "Activated" and has apparently attached as a
resonance to another level of frequency/dimension/Guardian type of life
form. This event is acting as some kind of new information exchange and
high frequency "hub" that is accessible to all of humanity. It is an
entirely new energetic frequency band, reality and species introduced to
this plane of Earth existence.
In physics, the fixed laws are that the highest resonating vibration in
a series (band) of frequencies is pulled up through the octaves to reach
the same vibration as the highest vibrating frequency of the series. The
energetic principle of "resonance".
So this new frequency "hub" is acting in this way for the planet Earth
at this timeline in order to accelerate and anchor these new higher
frequency patterns. This was put in place as a protective band of access
as we have been experiencing greater ET involvement that was not
progressive for human evolution. Simultaneously to protect layers of the
planet's field that had become largely accessible to negative ET's
manipulation (not in support of the human "ascension") many of these
planetary time portals that were recently opened in the Ascension Cycle
have been "sealed" shut. ( FYI: Via the huge magnetic shifts occurring
here at this timeline of Ascension since 1987 there have been many
Stargate passage and portal access openings that were not available
previously for thousands of cycles of time)
Apparently the councils agreed that for security reasons this was
necessitated. There is something similar to a "Plan B" which appears to
be instituted to include much more aggressive awakenings to key members
of still "sleeping" Starseeds, Indigos and those related to Star
Families. This year our Light Families will be meeting each other and
working together in groups much more with these new energies creating
more energetic " hubs". The purpose is to get the energetic facilitation
to raise the planet and her inhabitants to the maximum levels as
possible and to choose the accelerated timelines of reality. There is
heavy duty involvement from a variety of Guardian ET races that have
intervened on behalf of humanity for many purposes. Possibly we will
begin to see much more information "leaks" go more public this year
about known ET contact, and further disclosure from credible sources as
this debate over the ET conflict and human dramas is reaching levels of
critical mass. This is going to be an interesting year for ET activity
and related new information available to the public.
