On the Coast To Coast radio talk show with George Noory (1), Jon Rapport (2) stated that he does not believe that this was accidental. He has suggested that the purpose of this staged event was to instill fear among citizens of the US as a method getting the populace to accept a fascist form of government. According to J. Rapport prior to distribution the flu was not contained in a Canadian lab.
