Hi Nancy:
RE: “This disseminated on the Internet, as it will not be published, apparently”
I learned a hard lesson on Net dissemination of news when I wrote the May 5th Blogservice news letter. The following events demonstrates the lesson.
As reported by By Bill McConnell -- Broadcasting & Cable, 4/19/2005 3:06:00 PM Sam Donaldson stated that net bloggers will replace network new. However, when I used the net link (Internet bloggers will replace network news see link below/ 1) to this article I did not know that it would eventually disappear. I tracked the link down this morning only to find that the original article was only available to Broadcasting & Cable subscribers. Another report at newsmax (see link below/ 2) quotes Donald as: “the main source of news for tens of millions of Americans for decades, is dead…” but unfortunately it does not point out the alternative of Internet bloggers as a major news source that will replace network news. A lesson well learned, but I don’t have a clue as to how to get around this problem. Maybe others here on the TNT board can come up with some answers.
