The Time=7th-20th of the Tenth Month

And I've also said this:- October is the 10th month in the present calendar. December is the 10th month of an earlier calendar. Which calendar? I am unsure.

The day is the 7th. The period appears to be the 7th to the 20th of the tenth month, be that month October or December. It is likely to be December for the 21st/22nd is the Solstice and Mr Winter of 2005th Street seems to be the chosen actor in the opening scenes of a drama unfolding.
