I received this email just now from a friend. We are fighting like mad up here! Seriously folks this is something to not take lightly. I walked the streets today and health stores are closed; some for a just few hours at a time or just closed for the day period.
I am going to bare my soul here. I just got back from seeing a skin specialist, a doctor I have seen off and on for 20 years. Today he came in with two shy Chinese interns.
"The skin condition has now progressed to skin cancer."
"I am not surprised."
"Do you go in the Sun?"
"Never!"
"Do you take anything for blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, heart, yada yada?"
"Absolutely not - I have been told I need these medications (simply because I am diabetic and the down side of mid life, can you imagine!), but I will not take part in any of it. The pharmaceutical business is the biggest scam out there."
I turned to the other doctors and asked them if they really knew what they were getting into. Just stoned faces.
"just zap these little critters and I am out of here."
I was handed a bill written on a piece of scrap paper which included GST!
(Goods and Services Tax)
But the story has a good ending. The nurse/receptionist said something to open the conversation up on Bill C-51. She has no computer so I could not direct her to the likes of BBS Radio, but had a load of literature and contact names and phone number to oppose it. She also passed on to me a homeopath that does not charge exhorbanent fees. I felt so good about this and I waked into the doctors office next door and spoke to the nurse there as well.
There I found a brochure on Gardasil, a vaccination they are telling us is for HPV and that 75% of Canadians will be infected. Recommendation: 3 injections, 2 months apart.
"Gardasil is appropriate for girls and young women aged 9 through 26 years."
What a pile of crock!!!!! Age 9 ????!!!!
My final comment is we can not give up on this. Like the woman today, who really wanted to know and oppose the bill, yet had no idea where to start.

here is a web site given to me by a woman who works for Health Canada today, during a phone conversation when I was outlining why I disagreed with Bill C-51, please look at it and give them feedback - is this clear honest info? propaganda? or trying to cover up?
I noticed that the SALE of health products is not discussed although the manufacture and labeling etc is. I have left drug stores out of my life mostly and prefer health food stores.
