Dear Carl,
May 23, 1999 to January 31, 2008. Just over 8 ½ short years was
Skipper's life. He was one of the second generation of our horses
consuming artificially fluoridated city water and was diagnosed with
chronic fluoride poisoning in 2005. Since his consumption of this
fluoridated water stopped in 2004 many of his symptoms from this
poisoning had eased or ceased. Around Christmas 2007 he became
gravely ill. At first it was thought that he had pneumonia but an
autopsy revealed he had lung and kidney cancer.
Dr. David Kennedy, long time fluoride researcher commented that
Skipper's death from cancer was "A predicted outcome" from
fluoride. According to the California EPA there is enough arsenic
in the product used to artificially fluoridate municipal water to
kill an additional 1 in 1000 people of lung and kidney/bladder
cancer. Dr. Kennedy said "How much cancer does that make possible in
a horse who consumes 10 to 12 or more gallons a day"? Dr. Dean Burk
PhD, chief chemist emeritus of the US National Cancer Institute
said "In point in fact, fluoride causes more human cancer death, and
causes it faster, than any other chemical". There are a multitude of
scientific studies that back up these statements. One of the most
recent is from Harvard. It showed that boys ages 8 to 10, during
their growing spurt, who consume fluoridated water are 700% more
likely to develop osteosarcoma (bone cancer).
Fluoride and Arsenic are just two of the toxins and known cancer
causers present in the product used to artificially fluoridate water.
The industries that produce this product as a by product call it a
toxic soup. A product never approved by the FDA and that has never
had a single safety study done on it nor is it pharmaceutical grade.
A product the EPA says cannot be dumped on land, sea, water or air
because of it's toxicity. A product that would cost $7,000. per
truck load to dump in an A1 toxic dump for the worst of the worst
toxins. Yes, this is what they put into our water to fluoridate it
with. Google YouTube goharrison who tells in a short ABC clip
just how this practice started and continued and what this product is.
Whether you live in a fluoridated town or not, if you consume
water processed foods or processed drinks you and your family and
friends are being slowly poisoned since almost all processed food
companies are in fluoridated cities. Everyone should be aware of
how fluoride accumulates in the bones and that 50% of all consumed
is retained in the body, slowly poisoning you. (see web site below
that gives amounts in foods) Over 60,000 world wide studies by
independent scientists have proven how toxic this product is and the
many and varied symptoms it can cause.
Skipper has been lost along with 6 others of our horses and four
dogs besides others in our town. This has been scientifically proven
by the world veterinarian authority on fluoride poisoning at Cornell
University. But this is not just an animal problem. They are
the "canaries in the mines". What showed up in them in a relatively
short time is happening to everyone and everything consuming this
toxin. Look at cancer and other problems like those mentioned above
and how their occurrence has grown from rare to very common even in
children in the past 60 years. The same 60 years that the US has
been fluoridating. I hope and pray that the suffering and deaths of
our animals will be a wake up call to everyone to come together to
put a stop to this mass poisoning without the individual right to
choose if they want it or not.
We now have that opportunity, if we all come together, to
stop this mass medicating and poisoning. Class action attorneys have
committed to filing a lawsuit in federal court, where it can have an
effect on the practices of fluoridation throughout the continent.
There is a need for contributions from people across the nation and
Canada in order to file tke first briefs. The attorneys will file
asserting Constitutional rights under the 9th and 14th amendments for
people to be free of bodily intrusion by medication with
hydrofluosilicic acid, an unapproved drug.
These class action attorneys have already invested close to
$1million of their own billable hours on the fluoridation issue, and
are familiar with the distortions that will be offered by the
Defendants and chemical manufacturers, and the history of detours
that judges have taken in other courts.
This narrowly shaped complaint will focus on the simplest of
causes of action: whether hydrofluosilicic acid is added to public
drinking water for the purpose of reducing or treating tooth decay,
and if so whether manufacturers have had their specific products
approved by the FDA for such a purpose. The FDA has never approved
any fluorine-containing product, intended to be ingested, for the
purpose of reducing tooth decay.
PRECIDENT:
Many of you recall the media reports of military personnel being
court-martialed for refusing to be vaccinated for anthrax with a
product that had not received approval by the FDA. In the case of
Doe vs Rumsfeld, decided in Dec. 2003, a federal court determined
that the Department of Defense could not compel military personnel to
accept the anthrax vaccinations with an unapproved drug without their
consent. The DoD argued that the FDA had enforcement
responsibilities and had not acted to stop them, thus they had
authority to continue. The Court denied that assertion, stating that
the FDA does not decide what the FDA is to do---Congress determines
what the FDA "shall", and "shall not" do. The DoD's actions were
ruled "arbitrary", and thus unconstitutional, when the product was
not approved for the specific manner in which the disease was
transmitted, and the specific manner of delivery of the medication.
The fact that no federal or state entity, or even one chemical
supplier of hydrofluosilicic acid in the nation, can identify a
toxicological study on the continued use of their product's effect on
health and behavior, is expected to be a feature of this lawsuit that
promoters will not want to confront.
Whether you are one of those individuals who has taken it upon
yourself to become a Keeper of the Well in your community, or limited
your activities to rooting from the sideline, or sent daily prayers,
we now need your financial contribution, and your help to encourage
others to contribute, to strike at the weakness of the proponents
claims of safety and effectiveness of this cumulative poison.
The few that are spearheading this lawsuit have impeccable
integrity and have spent their own time and money to get to this
point. 100% of your donation will go towards fluoridation's end.
