Below is an article by Carolyn Palit that explains how chemtrails facilitates the creation of a suitable medium for Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) to be used against missiles, satellites, as well as for various uses against civilian populations. It's clear that chemtrails would make it viable for the creation of a planetary shield in the form of ground and space based DEW that could be used against extraterrestrial visitors, and this may in fact be secretly occurring.

What Chemtrails Really Are

We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination
of chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic
waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons,
and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work
better. It has to do with "steady state" and particle density
for plasma beam propagation.
They spray barium powders and let it photo-ionize from
the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they make an aluminum-plasma
generated by "zapping" the metal cations that are in the spray
with either electromagnetics from HAARP, the gyrotron system on the ground [Ground Wave Emergency Network], or space-based lasers. The barium makes the aluminum-plasma more particulate dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.

Whatever their "purpose", even if it is benevolent, to "save the ionosphere", the human population that must live with the effects and consequences has NOT been consulted or asked permission, but is being used like rats being poisoned in a maze. That makes these expansive, global operations ILLEGAL.
Two: No one knows what the long or short-term effects of these substances are. Due to the intense secrecy and lack of information and discussion, we are once again supposed to "trust those in power". Unfortunately for us, these egomaniacal black operations are led by psychopaths whose addiction to weaponry, toys and power knows NO LIMITS. Could there be a link from chemtrails to Morgellon's? What about all the other respiratory diseases and deaths that occur? No one is looking for something that kills s l o w l y and invisibly. But it's here, now.
Therefore, it is going to be necessary for us, the people, to begin looking up into our own dirty, filthy skies to begin SEEING what's being dumped there. I suspect that when the chemtrails hit the fan, we'll be told it's all done for repair of the ozone layer. If that's so, why isn't this information coming out, along with all the concerns about global warming? We will have to align with one another and discuss ways to take action. Obviously, the legislators are not acting in our behalf, they're simply "acting". Period.
This leads us to another unpleasant conclusion: if the chemtrails are supposed to be for repair of the ozone layer, and these programs have been expanding across the globe for the last decade, then all the denials from the White House about global warming are, in act, lies and deceipt. And, if this is true, then we are in MUCH WORSE CONDITION globally than we could possibly have imagined.
Why else would the President order lawyers to black out any words written by scientists in white papers, that state that we're in serious trouble? What are they trying to hide from us, besides all the free technology stored in warehouses, the life saving devices they've back engineered, or any of the developments that HELP mankind... not to mention the captured UFOs, and the particle beam weaponry the military is foolishly using to fire at the ships. What hubris! Why do we not have a say in who we meet as our galactic family?
We cannot escape the truth. No matter HOW it's SPUN, just like everything is spun from the center of CORRUPTION and GREED, the verdict is in: Bad News for Humans! But, continue to watch your American Idol, and get frenzied about which star is bopping who... that's exactly what the corporate controlled media wants us to do. Bread and circuses...while they fiddle, and Rome is on fire!
Last, it's documented fact that the military has consistently tested its "new weaponry" on the masses since the 1930's or before. What is to stop these invisible programs that "don't exist" and aren't happening, from adding something new to the mix, which the armchair generals, safe in their underground air conditioned bunkers, want to test? Indeed, due to the number of genocidal programs we now know about, backed by the likes of the Kissingers, the Bilderbergs, Rothschilds, and other "elites", to reduce the population to 500 million, that could easily be accomplished in one day of chemtrail spraying! And don't think the folks at the top don't have the "stomach" to do it. They do...that, and worse. Will we see deformed babies and humans soon, in the near future, from nanobots added to the air, water and food? If Monsanto had its way, we'd all be cooped up in cages, being milked like Neo in the Matrix!
It's interesting to note that CHINA is the ONLY country that is not being sprayed. And what about the rumors that China is supposed to start a phony war with the U.S., and become the greatest power on earth? If the above doesn't make you think, then go outside and watch the tic tac toe operations right over your own head. Then, wake up - think for yourself before it's TOO LATE! If you have to wait for FOX News to air information that's crucial to your survival, don't hold your breath. You'll be in a coffin before that happens...
