What is Reiki Attuned?

I see them in the sky as well. And yes... white, blue and red is what I see, but more pronounced in darker spaces. WOW, looks like I'm not alone in this. What do you think they are? Energy particles? And how does Reiki help tuning to them? What was the difference between then and now (afer and before tuning).
