My husband and I see these darts of energy as well. From my personal experience the moving energy dots I see are mainly white, yellow and light blue. Contrary to TNT's experience I see them more when I look in the sky than anywhere else. I have seen these sparkles for as long as I can remember but the ones in the sky got stronger after I was Reiki attuned.
