The Sirians, as related by Patricia Cori, are very into what we would call prayer and positive thinking. If you imagine your child encased in white light of peace, wisdom and protection, banishing negative influences, etc. this might be pretty effective. After all, the chips work via vibration, so if you counter that with a different vibration it should work, no? They recommend the same for poisoned drinking water (fluoride) etc. Also, you might just ask them to do something about it. The rules seem to allow them to intervene in ways such as that when asked directly.
According to the Zetas, there are 6 billion people on Earth. Of this, four billion are "first timers" and not reincarnating terrans. Of the remainder, there are, supposedly, one billion reincarnating terrans, and one billion Star Children. In addition, there are about a billion ETs in their usual form in the vicinity of Earth. So, basically the ETs outnumber the reincarnating Terrans two to one.
In other words, there seem to be plenty of ETs willing to help, especially if you have the well-being of another in mind.
