The context of your statement "all is truth" is along the lines of
"everything is of God," and God is truth, and God is perfect.
So probably, it is only a matter of semantics. Instead of saying "all is truth," personally I would say "everything is significant" or "everything has meaning" and therefore, truth can be found in everything.
I'm just disappointed at how so many people just freaking lie about stuff, as if their lies can't be easily investigated and proven to be lies.
