A SWINGER’S AFFAIR
A vacant place where dust is dust
Regret dwells and lust
And two by two they anchor to this shore
The hopeful all lay low and wait
Showing love not faith
With thoughts of each in amorous accord
The sunlight wanes and aft and on
The storm before the calm
The AM hour chimes in the night’s décor
No expense is spared this eve delight
The clandestine plan to be
Flesh on flesh will welcome me Amor
Strike up the tunes and melodies
The gravitas hosts affair
At two AM they’ll knock upon the door
The candied treats and wine are served
The able mind to sooth
By three AM only birthday suits adorn
With bodies bared and ogling eye
And grass on greener fare
They bond to what they serendipitously adored
