by the owner. If you are using music or various other
audio clips within your stream that do not belong to
you, you must have obtained prior written consent by
the owner of said rights. This goes for anything that
may infringe upon another’s copyright.
-
No
using music tracks, under a royalty structure, while
broadcasting or recording your program on the BBS Network.
You can use demos or promos designed for royalty-free
promotional purposes. Further, 30 second sound bytes
may also be permissable. However, there are very few
exceptions to this rule. Please make certain you do
not use music subject to royalties via the royalty boards
such as: ASCAP, SESAC, BMI, etc.
-
Taped
Shows that have been delivered to us for broadcasting
will not be filtered or edited before archiving. (please
read below for info regarding your delivered audio files)
- Please
be aware: Background noise and/or mistakes that
happen during broadcasting may remain within the
audio file and not be filtered out.
-
IF
YOU ARE A BBS RADIO BROADCASTER YOU HAVE EQUAL/SHARED
RIGHTS ON YOUR PROGRAM'S ARCHIVES upon having your slot
fees, for those programs aired, paid in full. You are
entitled to do with them as you wish! Please remember:
Audio Files that are TAPED by the program host(s), using
their own recording system, can be used by them in any
means they desire. However, if they are then delivered
to BBS Radio for airing on the BBS Network, then those
pre-recorded audio files are considered "co-owned"
by BBS Radio, and shall become a part of our permanent
archives, and can always be used by the BBS Network
in its marketing, sales and promotional campaigns. You
give permission to BBS Network, Inc. to broadcast and
permanently archive all audio files that you deliver
to BBS Radio for airing! BBS Radio has full rights to
edit those delivered audio files for its airing, archiving
and marketing purposes.

materials created based upon the archives. Please
contact management if you wish to go beyond carrying
our live programming! We currently allow the re

us to obtain permission first.
If

in our audio library, are the property of BBS Network,
Inc. (aka: BBS Radio) and the Program Host and may not
be used, for any reason, except where express written

host of the radio program. If you wish to link to an

-
MOST
IMPORTANTLY OF ALL!
- Have
love in your heart and in your being! Our main requirement
is that you truly have joy in what you are doing.
WE
RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS POLICY AS DEEMED
NECESSARY BY THE MANAGEMENT OF BBS NETWORK INC.
Please
be aware - The quality of the broadcasts will
be greatly determined by the quality of your telephone,
your telephone line, connectivity and clarity of the telephone
service you use, your ability not to over-modulate in
a microphone, if you're on a cell phone or land-line,
etc. Further, those hosts that use their own recording
equipment degrade the quality of our live output streams
in order to get optimal levels on their side of the connection.
We can work miracles with our equipment, but can only
do so much with a poor incoming signal.
