Life Coaching is a wonderful and rapidly growing profession
that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice,
therapy, or counseling. The coaching process safely addresses
specific personal projects or conflicts, business successes
and strategy's, general overall conditions and transitions in
the client's personal life (as all things are connected), relationships
or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering
what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing without
hesitation or blocks, a course of action to make your life be

After polling hundreds of actors, Kate was stunned to find that
approximately 80% of them did not know who our current living
luminaries are. Without a Spiritual course to guide us, we are
like a sailboat without a rudder. Kate has made it her life's
purpose to make available to the entertainment Industry, the
Spiritual awareness required to effect exponential change and
transformation in our beautiful world.
Kate is currently writing a book entitled “THE
END OF THE ANONYMOUS ACTOR; CHANGING YOUR LIFE STORY FOREVER.”
The book includes interviews with many of our Living Luminaries,
such as Neale Donald Walsch, Eckhart Tolle, Barbara Marx Hubbard,
James Redfield, Dr. Terry Cole Whitaker, Dr. Harry Morgan Moses,
Dr. Michael Beckwith (of agape), John Raatz (Visionary Publicist),
Drew Heriot (Director of “The Secret”), David Welch (Producer
of “Peaceful Warrior”), Jim Carry, Diane Ladd, Jeff Hutner (the
cosmic connector), Ingrid Boulting (an Angel on earth), and
the list goes on and on….
The purpose of "Spiritual Hollywood"
as well as the book are geared toward bringing consciousness
to Hollywood and thereby bringing it to the world. Quality of
Life and coming from our highest, best wisdom is Key in everything
we do.
BRIEF PERSONAL HISTORY: Kate is
a former Actress of 15 years, Talent Agent, and Music Manager
(represented Pete Bardens of Camel), Co-Produced a very successful
“Music Cares” Fund Raiser for Pete Bardens with Mick Fleetwood,
and is a Proud Mom of former child Star Kaylan Romero.
Kate was born on APRIL 27th in Detroit Michigan. With her parents
and siblings, Kate lived on an 80-acre farm in Moorhead, Kentucky.
After becoming very physically fit from farm life, she applied
her strength and unique abilities to things that seemed to come
naturally. Kate later achieved awards in Track and Field, Skeet
shooting, and presently holds a World title in Arm Wrestling.
Today, Kate enjoys staying fit by way of Pilates and her self
created seven minute workout, is an avid hiker, player of Ping
Pong, Guitar, Chess, and Billiards in her free time.

An Integrated Training System combining the Philosophy of Yoga, Techniques of Pilates and Dance with the Spirit of movement to develop sexy, confident and articulate bodies.
Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Cindera moved to the United States in 1977. With her curious and enthusiastic nature, she found herself working as a professional dancer/choreographer with notable talents in TV, stage and films.
Cindera’s background in jazz, modern, ballet and traditional Chinese dance allows her to create a dynamic range of character driven movements. Concepts are turned into live imagery as stories are told with a point of view.
Cindera’s role as a teacher is to inspire motivation, encourage exploration and cultivate self-discipline in all her students. In additional to conventional dance technique, she adapts the practice of yoga and the Pilates method in her teaching to raise awareness in both the mind and the body. Playing contemporary, rock, electronica, or world music, Cindera’s classes are always exhilarating and challenging.
Sought for her intuitive approach and her attention to details, Cindera has taught master classes and workshops in Canada, Germany, France, and England and throughout the United States. Cindera presently divides her time as a freelance choreographer and a staff teacher at the Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood.
