Your Own Personal Jesus

Ever since the so called “ confusion of tongues “ curse is said to have fallen upon mankind , men ceased to understand each other , and a great confusion of concepts came along
This holds true even in such fields like Philosophy , Psychology , Psychiatry and of course , Religion . Also on alternative , more empirical , although non less respectable fields , such as Esoterism and Magick To the extent that in our daily lives it is very common to see people arguing about a certain subject , while they actually mean to state exactly the same thing , just because the concepts behind have not been duly clarified from the beginning

After having posted a couple of contributions on a few matters I have thought of interest to some people , I have noticed that it seems to be necessary to better define and clarify some of the concepts thereby used . And then , even though it might sound somehow pedantic , proceed to show how they easily fit into the puzzle . I will take the risk , in favour of those who may be interested . Because these concepts do fit into the greater mother Corpus of Doctrine they have always belonged to
We will see why they seem to be only “ Fragments of an unknown Teaching “

Concepts such as awakening , or waking up , illusion , dream , consciousness , higher self , the “ I am “ , “ encounter with the sacred “, Christ inside and God , are all related together
And they all have a very easy explanation , by actually using the immediate experience at hand for any normal human being ( practical psychology )
And in the end , becoming a very scientific , experience based , explanation
It will also show us how all religions , and all Gnostic , Agnostic and even Atheist positions , contain a portion of Truth from their own standpoints , as based on one single common root

Ariadna’s Thread is actually found when our consciousness is focussed on the here and now . As we keep pulling on it , we may watch how it finally takes us out of the Labyrinth of our apparently senseless daily life
“ Because wide is the door and large the path that leads to perdition . And narrow the door and narrow the path which may take us to eternal life “ … Just like the razor’s edge

In the fist place , if we have ever taken the time to exercise a little observation upon ourselves , we should have discovered that we are asleep , even though we every day wake up in the morning , we get up , we do the job we are supposed to do , we eat , and we even exercise our reproductive functions

But we are still asleep : while acting in the real world , our minds are full of images , ideas and a mechanical thinking process , to the extent that we actually dream the reality we are performing in . When we look at the world around , we superpose our mental contents upon what we see , like looking through a tinted glass . And our thoughts behind the stage add up to this distortion . So , we do not see reality in spite of looking at it . We rather dream it

There is a hidden mental device which keeps us inside this dream . We can not stop the mechanical process of our mind . And we have a non objective view of ourselves and the reality which surrounds us . We are prisoners inside a mental jail . And we’ll stay this way as far us our libido keeps feeding these wrong mental mechanisms

From their particular viewpoint , psychologists and psychiatrists state that this happens because , at very deep stratum of our unconscious minds , almost all of us have not been really born in the real world , but rather under a deep hidden inclination of staying inside our mother’s womb . Of course , our material body was born in the material world . But inside our unconscious minds , we do not want to be born
Why do they say so ? Because being born in the material world , it only takes a few minutes . But being psychologically born , it takes a whole , long process . And a job yet to be done . A process that may take our whole life , and in some cases will never be completed

When we had not yet been born , in our mother’s womb , we had everything we needed . We were warm . We felt protected and safe . We were fed . We were asleep . We were unconscious . We were not responsible . We were not required to face reality , nor to be responsible , nor to fight for our subsistence . So , it was a very comfortable situation . It was a very desirable , a paradisiacal condition , in the depths of our unconscious minds . And it has stayed there . We are afraid of freedom , and we are afraid of being responsible . We are afraid of being separate individuals , living in the real world

How can we go back to that paradisiacal situation , if we can not go back inside our mother’s womb ? “ Rabbi , how can you be born again , if you can not go back inside your mother’s womb “ , asked Nichodemus …
But unlike Jesus , we use a very simple trick : we unconsciously use a mental mechanism , very similar to the well known psychological mechanisms of defence . And we get away with it . Unless we stop at some point in time , to then realize that there seems to be something wrong with our lives
So , we live life from a subconscious level . We dream life . We are non objective . We stay asleep . And we melt our individual personalities inside motherly symbols , such as a social group , or a club , or a religion , or a mass or crowd of people
This is the illusion , and the dilution , we currently live in

How can a sleeping person be responsible ? How can a sleeping person behave in a morally acceptable way ? How can a sleeping person take a commitment , or take vows for life , or a take final decision , if when the sleeping condition takes him into the next dream , everything will change ?
In the next dream , he will change , his interests will change , his commitments will change , the entire world he sees , will change
So , no there is no responsibility for a sleeping individual
This little detail , apparently of no importance at all , is the hidden explanation of many wrong events we can see all the time happening in our own lives , and in society around us

Amazingly enough , psychologists and psychiatrists have been all the time up to help ill , or disappointed people . But they have badly missing a very capital issue : Where do we go from there ? Is there any further development , a way to furtherly grow up ?
Only one great , key recent development : the Transpersonal Psychology

Our mental images and thoughts constantly and automatically emerge from our unconscious , or subconscious minds , triggered by the interaction with the world around us . And the unconscious and subconscious minds , are the memory of the past . Our mental images and thoughts are the constant presence of the past in our daily lives . So , we are prisoners of our pasts

Then , when we eventually , for some reason , watch ourselves for a while , here and now , we are exceptionally using our consciousness . And then we realize , at least for a short instant of time , that the mental images and mechanical thoughts had been using all the time the place that should have belonged to our conscious self

Then we actually realize that we have not really been living our lives , but it was life that was living us , through the mechanical chewing process of our minds . Until we became conscious and aware , we were not living life : everything just happened to us , based on what was going on inside our minds . We had been acting as bio-robots , programmed and controlled by some sort of a demonic or picturesque “ Matrix “
Who has been taking advantage of such a state of mankind ? You see , in Nature , no energy is lost , but only transformed , and later on it is used again in another form downstreams
Who has been using the energy we generate while inside our mental jail ?

If we persist on our own observation , in the extent that we hold on to this work of “ recalling ourselves “ in time , we will realize that our mechanical thinking process starts slowing down . We are then starting to use the old lemma engraved on the Temple’s portal : “ Gnothi Seauton “ , know thyself ... We are knocking on the door

At the moment we eventually get to slow our mental chewing down to a certain level as to almost stop it , then we may wake up . A totally new experience of our own selves start . The world than takes a complete , more lively appearance and meaning , because we are now starting to be in contact with reality . The word takes new life in front of our eyes
And then we can start to experience who we really are

Then we may discover that , until now , we had not been who we really are . A dark , psychological , impostor self , had been using our own place inside out inner world . An impostor had been sitting on the throne . Our real self starts to be disclosed for us . The old question “ Who am I “ is starting to be answered for us , at least in a certain extent

There where we used to identify ourselves with the impostor , now we start identifying ourselves with our real self

As we persist on this instant-by-instant observation , all along in our daily lives , illusion starts loosing power , while our real self is getting stronger . At the beginning , our real self was only a little baby , surrounded by shadows . It is the symbol of the birth of Christ in the stable , surrounded by animals
But as we practice , our self gets stronger , brighter , more powerful . We are starting to conquer our freedom . We are starting to become capable to change things both , inside our inner world , and in the external world

Then , we may naturally start doing Magick . We need not go after it , it will come to us naturally . It is our fatherly heritage
You see : Magick is defined as the power to change things in our favour , whatever technique we may use
How in the world could we ever do magick if we are not even able to change something inside ourselves ? And how can we change anything inside ourselves , or in the external world , if we are not aware of it ?
So , the starting point of any magick , is waking up , becoming aware and conscious . The birth of any power lies upon reality , here and now

Later on , when our real self becomes strong enough , we may say : “ There is no spoon . The spoon does not really exist . If you want to bend the spoon , you have to rather bend yourself “ … It is all in our minds

We may then discover that there is a real , a huge upwards depth , a depth towards light , we had never been aware of before . And we did not need anybody to tell us about it , it is our own , undeniable experience
We may discover that the upwards depth is much deeper than the downwards depth , meaning :
We , human beings are only at the first steps of our scale of evolution as human beings . We are only an unfinished project . We are only a poor draft , a caricature , of what we are really meant to be . Everything we are meant to be is now only a potential . We are only a little seed bearing a couple of leaves above the ground , seeking for the sunlight . We have been living only in the basement of a multi-storied building !!!
The Dragon has started to stick his head above the rice field

We can now connect ourselves to a higher , shining world . We can then connect ourselves to a hidden source of teachings . We can then feel united , beyond distance and space , to other shining worlds of similar vibration . We can now connect ourselves to a spiritual intelligence of the nature of Christ

We may also discover that we are surrounded by many other intelligences , that nature and the world around us , are alive . The Kabbalah’s Sacred Tree of Life is only a couple of steps ahead from this point
Like it was read on the front of the Delphos Temple : “ Gnothi Seauton “
Or , “ know thyself , and you will get to know the universe and the Gods ” ...

There will be one point where we will learn to almost kill temporarily our mental process . Of course , since the control of emotions is easily done by stopping the automatic thinking process along with breathing deep , it shall also stop all emotions . When all thoughts and emotions have completely stopped , the experience of Death will come to us . All mental processes have had stopped , and a complete inertial internal condition shall be achieved . When we reach to this mental void , pure consciousness will be filling our souls

Who said “ death “ ? Actually , we will be more alive than ever . It is only the death of illusion , the death of the shadows , the death of that dark impostor inside , the death of stupidness . The death of all dilutions , of the rancid old concepts , of the mental jail which used to keep us prisoners , of the mental programs as received from society

It is the Death of Christ on the cross , previous stage before His Resurrection

Just a couple of comments about the technique . Why is it we may always discover a real teacher , by looking at his eyes ? Because their eyes are always completely relaxed . If we do not keep our eyes relaxed , we’ll never make it to achieve the mental void . In that case , the forces of life will stay repressed within the mental program
Why is it that the Magical Arm of Mercury , symbol of the Kabbalistic Sphere of HOD , is the Caduceus climbed by a double serpent ? Because the mastering of the mental images , of thought , is the key for handling the libido . The mental void is the secret of handling the binary forces of life . There is no other way to overcome repression
And , why does Michael , the Guardian of the Sphere carries a sword ? Mental void shall keep all shadows away from us
Well , our libido will always go where our consciousness is focussed at , and mental void will set them free from the mental jail
“ Who will win in the end , the wolf , or the angel inside ? – asked the young student , eyes wide open . “ The one you feed most “ , calmly answered the old man

Mental void is required for transmutation
Death is required for Resurrection

Then a new , powerful , enlightened consciousness is born
Our life will change forever : it is a point of no return
We will never again completely identify ourselves with the internal impostor
We will rather identify ourselves with our higher self , the “ I am “ , because we will have found who we really are in the higher plains of existence

This is “ the encounter with the sacred “ as named by C. G. Jung , or “ the encounter with Christ “ many saints of the Catholic Church have stated , or “ the encounter with our Internal Master “ , as many esotericists may have called it

From that point ahead , we do not need anybody to tell us what to do , or to think , because we have found our own source of teachings , enlightenment and power

And yet , again looking upwards , we can see that the upwards depth is still an abyss of light . High above , resides our spirit . Our real self in the kingdom of Absolute Truth , if we can imagine there is such a thing . It is a high , high place where our own spirit resides , being of the same nature of God
It may show us that we are all sons of the same Holy Father , while our spirit is of His same nature
Very , very few human beings have been able to achieve such a high internal realization . Those individuals who have reached this level , have totally changed their minds , their behaviour , their points of view and their values . Actually , they have been looked at as strange individuals , by the people around them . They lived under a quite different law then , and seemed no to entirely fit in the society of their time
“ My kingdom is not of this world “ , said Jesus

That is why Jesus said : “ Nobody goes to the Father if not by me “ . We have to find Christ inside first . And nobody has the right to even discuss about God if he has not arrived to this point . Otherwise it will only be a metaphysical discussion , an intellectual only exercise : just talking about something we do not know

This is where atheists are quite right on : whenever we discuss God , we are only talking about something we don’t know
It follows that , in a certain way , there is no God beyond men . It is not that God does not exist at all , it is only that it does not exist for us , as a reality we are aware of
Because we have nothing within ourselves that allows us feel , or deduct , or know , that there is something above us we may call God
Discussing God is for very , very developed individuals only
It is something yet to be found , a pending task . Maybe some day . . .

As you can see , we have started by discussing a technique , we have been discussing a real path , and we have ended up discussing religion

Actually , being a spiritual person is not a matter of mystical flights , nor a rather raw believing just because . Being a spiritual person is achieving the goal of having our own spirit takes over our brains , and our life in consequence . It actually has nothing , or very little to do with our human only concepts such as being good or being bad , or social working
Being a spiritual individual is just a matter of technique … Amazing , right ?

I’ll dare to hereby make a prophecy : whereas this is the mother religion of all known religions , all of which are only different faces , or different techniques adapted to different nations at different eras of history , of this base religion , it is also the religion of the future
There are very good reasons why I am hereby stating this . A few steps ahead , men shall be obliged to find their own religious ways , their own methods to get their internal connection , their own technique . Individuals will be empowered to find their own religious ways . Empowering of the individual shall be the base of the future religion . Lack of solidarity ? No , exactly the opposite

And , like Price Siddhartha said , in one of the healthiest teachings ever given to mankind : “ I can only show you the way as for you to liberate yourself , but I shall not liberate you “
It is like saying “ I can show you how to walk , but you are the one who has to move your own legs and walk . I can not walk for you “ .
Siddhartha never said he was a god
And Jesus replied “ It was you who has said so , not me “ , when asked if he was the son of God
It has been the stupid men who have erected gods , every time they have seen someone higher than themselves , without really listening to their teachings

How may we call this future religion ? Is it a form of Buddhism ? Is it a form or Christianism ? Is it a kind of Kabbalistic religion ? Is it a kind of Islam ? Is it a kind of Pantheism ? Is it a Gnosticism , or even Agnosticism ?
Yes , and no , for all of these questions
All of them have a portion of Truth . All of them are only different faces of Truth . The technique is quite different , though : it empowers the individual
Organized religions today , of course, do not like this non dependence

Some people are expecting the prophesied second coming of Christ , to then be saved . But Christ has always been here . Don’t cry for me , Argentina …
We only have to learn how to climb up our internal ladder to find him . The second coming of Christ will happen when the spirit of Christ incarnates in all the individuals who are able to reach to a certain level inside themselves . Then Christ will be among all of them

I am well aware that there are so many people who will not like this kind of search for Christ . It is quite understandable . To the point that they should be left alone , till the impulse to search for something else , inside and outside , is naturally born in them . It is way too violent , way too cruel , to attempt to destroy the mental structure they have been conditioned to , for their entire lives since they were children . The Red Pill should not be offered to individuals older than a certain age , in the majority of the cases
They just do not want to be free . They do not want to wake up . They do not want to be responsible of themselves . They need a supernatural someone who gracefully comes down and saves them . They have given themselves in adoption , to a fatherly image . The concept of “ sin “ has been so deeply implanted in their psyche , that they all feel guilty . And feeling guilty , they became emotionally dependent . Guilt is a very powerful tool to handle someone else’s mind and behaviour
They want to believe in something which , not being understandable or rational at all , it is full of incredible wonders . They do not want to work , but be favoured with miracles . They just do not want practical things , but rather to keep on dreaming . They want to receive miracles , whereas they may , or may not , have any merit . They want to stay being children

As much as it is childish to believe that true spiritual teachings are not to be paid for . Quite far from reality : maybe we will not pay with money , but we got to pay with merit . And sometimes , this is a very , very high price . We have to deserve the teachings . Otherwise either , we will not acknowledge what we are receiving , or we won’t understand , or it will be useless for us . So , occult things will always stay occult , not that much by secret , but rather by blindness and the lack of merit

And , just to put a final hot potato on the table , for discussion . If merit is the result of a work , and working is sometimes paid with money , why not to consider that , in a certain extent , money is an expression of merit ? Then , if your teacher is truly feeding your spirit with his teachings , why not to eventually help pay , at least , for the expenses of the school , with money ?
You bet , you’ll be paying a very cheap price , for a priceless good , if he is a real teacher . Another hot potato , right ?

And Morpheus , “ the most dangerous man alive “ , said :
“ One thing is to know the Path , a different thing is to walk the Path “ …
Some individuals walk the Path without knowing much about it
Others know a lot about the Path , but they do not walk : they prefer intellectual exercising
Fortunate are those , who walk the Path , while they know what they are doing

By offering these ideas , I can not walk the Path for anyone else . Got enough with my own . But I would feel very happy if I could only show you the door . Then , if you want , you may follow your White Rabbit
