BIO:
Caregiving found Ivory as a kid when she started taking care of her mother. Then later in life, after she lost her job as a legal secretary because of carpel tunnel, she was asked, "Would you please take care of my mother until I find a professional caregiver?"
Ivory learned that caring for someone was much more rewarding than sitting at a computer all day. That was the start of her caregiving career.
